Dad's Day!

I am soo grateful for the wonderful father my husband is! He is so consistent, kind, respectful, and loving to our children! It is a pleasure to watch him interact with them. My four little kids just love him. So, Aqeel my hat goes off to you...what a great Dad!!!!!

Updated pics of the boys

Here are some pics I took the other day of Ayron and Jr. Ayron is 4 months now and has rolled over once! He babbles a lot and loves to chew on whatever he can get in his mouth.

Our friendly neighborhood deer

We live in a valley just below a mountain range and our house is situated on the lower part of the mountain. Every morning a deer come down off the mountain and eats our flowers and bushes. So far he has only eaten the neighbors flowers. the kids love seeing the deer and one morning took the camera out to take pictures of it. I must admit they did a pretty good job at taking the pics.

Family charity wallk

Our family participated in a 1 mile walk for a local man who is struggling with lukemia. It was a nice way to encourage the habit of exercise as well as teaching them about doing charity work. Here we are at the begining...

Marathon time!!!

Aqeel competed in his second marathon this year! He won first place, of course he was the only one who competed in the full marathon, but still he made pretty good time 5hrs and 10mins. Here are some pics we took around mile 25...

I like how you can see Amaya's head poking out of the car watching him run! She and Jr were cheering him on from the car for the last mile. It was really cute!

FHE - gardening style!

We had a lesson on service and all pitched in to help beautify our home...

The finished product...

Our New Digs!

Here is our new place!!!!
It was built in the early 1900's...

The living room...

The Kitchen...

The bathroom... When this house was built there actually wasn't even a bathroom in the house.

Week fifteen

I have been continuing my training but I haven't been blogging about them because life has been chaotic. Between packing up a house, moving into another, and finals for spring term these past four weeks have been crazy. Also, my scale broke so I don't have any idea what I weight, but based on how my clothes fit I would say I haven't lost any weight. The past two weeks I have only trained two days, which is horrible, but these weeks were the ones that I was unpacking and packing. The two weeks before that I completed my daily workouts every day!!! I am now back on my workouts and my food plan so here's to starting back!!!
