Week Sixteen

Weight: still no scale...

Food Plan: No fast food, no candy this week!

Exercise: Mon - swam for 45mins, Tues - biked 8miles, Wed - swam for 45 mins, Thursday - off, Friday - swan 10 laps without a break!

Does chocolate count as candy? What do you do with the kids when you exercise? Your not a 5 am girl are you??

My baby is eight weeks old so I just started running again. Oh isn't it brutal! Keep up the good work and I'll try to do the same.
